CONE is a nonprofit organization set up for the transformation of the whole people, the whole system of this beloved country NIGERIA, the Giant of Africa. The vision is to work toward regaining its integrity, dignity to be dependable, to be truly independent and sustainable, a model and blessing to the world starting from the roots, the children, or going back to the basics, teaching them the values of the golden rule that encompasses all facet of living a healthy, meaningful and purposeful life leading to a hopeful and healthy nation.

The purpose of this project is to completely eradicate corruption starting from the grassroots by training and educating the young generation through various activities as well as providing workshops, talks, and seminars to adults creating a bridge taking the whole citizens from here to there.

Creating awareness of the present situation especially to the young generation and its implications for their future and the future of our beloved Nigeria.
The idea is to slowly begin incorporating different strategies into our practice as professional Development Coaches. During our sessions, we’ll map your needs to come up with a program that works for you and the nation. However, our focus is basically on the very young and innocent generation as we believe that they are the leaders of tomorrow. We have seemingly lost the faith in the present leaders, not all but a very large percentile are unbelievably corrupted and are already "dried fish" and as the saying goes "you can`t teach an old dog a new trick". We will seek, accept and train the few adults that are interested in the movement. We are not looking for a quick fix. The journey will be very slow, but steady and sure.

Have you ever heard of Ubuntu?
Ubuntu is an ancient African word meaning "humanity to others". It also means "I am what I am because of who we all are". Ubuntu is not easy to describe. It is both a philosophy and a way of action. It is a distinctive African cosmological system of teaching each individual to appreciate and enjoy their life while caring, sharing, and respecting others. Ubuntu belongs to no one tribe or no one religion or teaching. It is simply a way of living and being that allows our basic goodness to come forth.
A Xhosa proverb states, “Ubuntu ungamuntu ngabanye abantu.” People are people through other people. In other words, we need each other to be fully human and alive. It is in our interaction with others that our humanness flourishes.
The values of Ubuntu manifest in good deeds, things like being sensitive to the needs of others, being compassionate, forgiving, caring, and generous. They are pillars of Ubuntu living. This is where Emotional intelligence kicks in, because if applied properly, it will benefit us all. This is possibly the origin of democracy. If so, it is a great gift from Africa to the world.
Nelson Mandela was the embodiment of Ubuntu and he had spoken of it often, but because the term is not familiar to western ears, had gone unnoticed.
A human being from an Ubuntu perspective should be kind, generous, friendly, unselfish, living in harmony with himself, the environment, and others, and at one with the creator. If we all adopt this spirit, the nation will be transformed and will be admired.

A healthy community goes beyond a quality medical care system but is rather based on a range of social and economic resources needed for the health and well-being of its residents in all aspects of their lives. For this reason, CONE wants to make sure we focus on the broad determinants of health, as well as, other necessary resources like:
Approaches to health that focus on changing conditions and environments where people live, learn, work, pray, and play are likely to have the greatest impact on encouraging our partners to do the same. To understand our goals is to understand what kind of community we want to create. This can be further understood by our definition of a healthy community or healthy nation.

A true revolution of values will cause us to question the justice of many of our past and present leaders' policies.
A nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual death. There is nothing to prevent us from paying adequate wages to schoolteachers, social workers, and other servants of public to ensure that we have the best available personnel in these positions which are charged with the responsibility of guiding our future generations. There is nothing but a lack of social vision to prevent us from paying an adequate wage to every citizen whether he be a hospital worker, laundry worker, maid, or day laborer. There is nothing except shortsightedness to prevent us from guaranteeing an annual minimum—and livable—income for every family. There is nothing, except a tragic death wish, to prevent us from reordering our priorities, so that the pursuit of peace will take precedence over the pursuit of war.
